Hello wonderful volunteers!
The events team needs your help with setup for our upcoming Gala and Silent Auctions on September 26 and 27. Here are the needs:
Thursday, September 26 – 9:30-2:00 pm (lunch will be provided)
- 10 people for ballroom setup (involves bending down to place covers on all the chairs)
- 10 people for program prep (can be done while sitting)
- 10 people for Centerpiece set up and placement
- 5 people for auction set up (will be walking around the auction room a lot)
September 27 – 10:00-2:00 pm (lunch will be provided)
- 15 people for ballroom reset (checking to see if the chair covers need to be replaced, putting programs out on chairs, resetting centerpieces).
- 5 people for auction set up (will be walking around the auction room a lot)
