This year’s Walk for Life theme was “One Life at a Time,” and the Walk is a key to equipping us to be there for lives in need in our community. Hundreds of you put your feet to your pro-life commitment by showing up at Memorial Park on Saturday to raise funds for Life Network – or supporting those who did.
I have great news: Because of your support, this Walk for Life will be our most successful fundraising Walk ever! Thanks to our fundraising walkers, runners and sponsors, our goal of $430,000 has been met and is being exceeded. As we process all of your generous donations, we will have a final total to share. We had more than 2,000 people in attendance at Memorial Park and more across Colorado Springs, with over 1,000 registered walkers and runners!
On behalf of our staff, our board and the clients you help us serve, thank you for enabling and empowering us to make a difference, one life at a time! Every dollar you raised or donated will make an eternal impact for moms, dads, babies, students and families right here in Colorado Springs.
One of the sweetest parts of this year’s Walk for Life was returning to Memorial Park and being together again, in-person. The visible community support at the event was such an encouragement to our team. Here are some highlights from the day below!
