Make a Payment for Your Table Sponsorship
Tax Information
Your sponsorship is fully tax-deductible. There is no charge for guests to attend our Gala and no goods or services will be provided in exchange for your contribution. The cost of the event, including dinner, will be covered through a separate budget. Your entire gift donation supports Life Network’s life-saving work.
Fill Your Table
Every table host or table sponsor may fill their table with up to 10 guests (including themselves). Reservations (“tickets”) are free, but every guest must have a ticket to attend the Gala.
Submit Your Artwork for the Acknowledgement/Ad in the Program
Table sponsors giving $1,000 or more will receive special acknowledgment in our Gala program and/or digital materials if artwork is submitted by August 1. To send in your artwork, email hharris@elifenetwork.com.
