Nina Felt Alone … But Then She Came to Life Network.
When Nina first walked into our office, she had already scheduled an abortion appointment.
The father of her baby moved away, and she thought she couldn’t afford to have a baby.
“It’s a struggle,” Nina confided. “I’m not prepared at all to be a parent, but I don’t think I agree with abortion; I’m hoping this appointment will help me decide. It’s a lot mentally.”
Our patient advocate compassionately detailed all of Nina’s options, and before making a final decision, Nina agreed to an ultrasound.
When Nina saw her baby on the ultrasound screen, tears filled her eyes.
“I think I’m going to cancel that Planned Parenthood appointment,” she said.
Nina agreed to hear the gospel message, receive prayer, repented, and asked God for salvation.
“This is so comforting. I’m not alone,” she said.
After Nina’s baby was born, she texted us this message “Thank you! You were all so kind; I don’t know what I’d do without resources like yours. You’re true superheroes.”
