This Father’s Day, I want to tell you about a dad named Theo.*
Three and a half years ago, Theo walked through the doors of our Galley center carrying a great deal of uncertainty. He was single, unmarried, not following Christ, and unsure of what his future would look like as a father.
But through the Fatherhood ministry you help make possible, Theo began meeting with a Fatherhood Coach who offered steady encouragement, practical tools, biblical wisdom, and accountability. Week by week, Theo began to grow. He learned what it means to take responsibility, to lead with humility, and to be present for his family.
Then, by God’s grace, Theo chose to follow Christ.
That decision brought joy, but also challenges. Theo faced opposition from his extended family, and his new wife was not a believer. Still, Theo continued to faithfully model his faith at home. He began learning how to be a spiritual leader, a loving husband, and a devoted father.
Today, Theo is married and the father of two children.
Over the years, the Fatherhood Program helped shape his life in meaningful ways. In fact, Theo valued the relationship so much that he asked if he could continue meeting with his Fatherhood coach for ongoing accountability and discipleship – a testament to the lasting impact the program had on his life.
That is the kind of transformation your generosity makes possible.
When a man like Theo is encouraged, equipped, and pointed to Christ, the impact reaches his marriage, his children, and the generations that follow. But too often, dads are overlooked during the pregnancy journey. Many feel unsure, unprepared, or unseen. Some do not know where to turn. Others have never had a godly example of fatherhood modeled for them.
Because of you, we are able to come alongside men with practical help, one-on-one mentorship, and Christ-centered discipleship. We are helping dads prepare for a baby, and we are helping them become the men God has called them to be. And it is one of the ways you are standing with families, Together for Life.

Because of your generosity, men like Theo are not left to figure out fatherhood alone. They are being mentored, discipled, encouraged, and equipped to lead their families with courage and faith.
This Father’s Day, we celebrate fathers who are saying yes to responsibility, yes to growth, and yes to God’s purpose for their lives. And we thank God for you.
Together for Life,
Rich Bennett
